“This is my favorite pizza restaurant in Louisville, and I have tried them all. First of all the pizza itself, particularly the crust, is just different than anything I have tried before. I assume this is a result of the coal fired oven. The crust just comes out perfectly charred and crispy, but soft on the inside.”
Margherita pepperoni and fresh mozzarella, finished with basil and shaved Parmesan.
“Buffalo-style" pizza with roasted chicken, mozzarella, piquillo red peppers, banana peppers and ranch, finished with crispy fried onions, house-made wing sauce, oregano and Parmesan.
Italian sausage, Margherita pepperoni, mushrooms, and fresh mozzarella, finished with oregano and romano.
A Greek twist with spinach, roasted garlic, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions and artichoke hearts, finished with feta and oregano.
Classic Margherita pizza with fior di latte cheese, crushed tomatoes and topped with fresh basil.
